How much weight do you need to loose to go down a shirt size?
I am 13 years old,girl, 5'5, around 145 lbs (yea i know i am overweight sorry), size XL in young adults. I want to know how many pounds I need to loose to go down to a size L.
Answer:
It depends.
If you loose 15 pounds and you loose it all off your stomach you could go down to a L but if you loose 15 pounds and loose it all off of you thighs and hips then you won't go down a size.
I think loosing 20-25 pounds you will definately loose at least a shirt size.
Btw, swimming and running burn the most calories.
