Keller ISD JROTC Saber Team

The Saber Team is an elite organization inside the AFJROTC Unit meant to train cadets and shape them into model citizens. The team trains High School JROTC cadets on the proper etiquette of the saber. Cadets learn the basics and fundamentals of the saber.

The goal of the team is to be the best. Their practices are held between 3:00 and 3:45 on Mondays and Wednesdays. They spend their time drilling and holding the sabers in the air for approximately 10 minutes. A major goal for the team is to be able to hold the saber at arch arms for the approximate time it takes for the senior class to walk through during their graduation.
